Over 30 years ago we started with our first restaurant on Siesta Key, The Broken Egg, adding The Serving Spoon a few years later and in 2004 The Oasis Cafe and Bakery. We are pleased to add our newest venture 1812 Osprey a Neighborhood Bistro. It has been great to be back in Southside Village after so many years with the Serving Spoon. This area has over the years become quite a hub in the Foodie Scene for Sarasota. With our Son Adam at !812, our Daughter Ashley Snyder at The Oasis and our youngest son Edward helping when he is ashore The Palermo family continues to serve the Locals and our visitors the very freshest and creative dishes possible.
